A StoneLink LLC product

Support that
actually answers.

A customer service assistant you train by talking to it, the way you would brief a new employee. It answers your customers from what it has been told — and only from that.

How it works

Three ideas, and nothing else.

Most support bots are configured through forms: upload a PDF, paste an FAQ, tick some boxes. That works right up until the business changes and nobody updates the PDF.

01

Train it by talking

Say “we’re closed Sundays” and it writes the fact down, confirms what it learned, and remembers. Say “actually it’s 45 days” and it corrects the entry instead of duplicating it.

Facts, not documents Corrections
02

Honest when it doesn’t know

It never guesses. What it cannot answer becomes a gap in your dashboard — answer that once and it is in the notebook forever. Honest failure is how the product improves.

Knows your customers

Connect your own backend and a signed-in visitor can ask about their own orders, bookings or subscription — fetched live, read-only, and never anybody else’s.

Install

One tag. That’s it.

Create an account and your install snippet is waiting on the Appearance page, already carrying your workspace’s ID. Paste it before the closing body tag and the assistant is live.

Your snippet is shown once you have an account — it is specific to your workspace.
